5 minutes Individual Warm Up on own

5 minutes Full Court Ballhandling speed/accuracy, two hands
5 minutes Toughness Circle active hands & feet, be in strong body position, peak concentration
7 minutes Team Toughness compete in difficult situations
7 minutes Transition Offense spacing, game speed, court awareness
8 minutes Basket - Keep in Front nose in chest, feet wider, move feet, concentration, shot b/w feet & over a hand
8 minutes Closeout / Rebound anticipation, high hand up, / hit & get ball, stay b/w man & ball
8 minutes Team Play Defense see basket, ball, man-anticipate movement / never assume

12 minutes Ball - Team  Defense communicate, commit, control- get the ball back
12 minutes Team Motion Defense defensive intensity (anticipation & concentration) speed to position
8 minutes Advantage Decisions attack rim, stop and pass or shoot
12 minutes Motion Offense see ball & basket, basket-middle-reverse, spots for spacing, time catches
12 minutes Offensive Sets / Plays set man up, know order of options, correct spacing / perfect timing
8 minutes Game Situations time and score, stops and scores, defensive intensity & shot selection
