Results:
Overall team strength, speed, size, and skills have dramatically
increased. On average, each player adds 10-15 lbs. of muscle per
year. Half the team can dunk the basketball compared to one player
in first year. Player’s recognition on all-state, all-conference,
all-tournament, and around the basketball circles is prominent.
College coaches recruit players now and scholarships are offered. |
